1.1) BEFORE REQUESTING A RETURN:
With the aim of reducing our environmental impact, return instructions are digital, not paper.
To make a return (within 15 days of delivery), we recommend using the original packaging your order arrived in. If you cannot use the original packaging, please place the item inside its own packaging and then put everything inside another box, so as not to damage the brand's original box. If we receive returns shipped only in the brand's packaging, or returns where the brand's packaging has not been adequately protected, we may not be able to issue a refund.
2.1) HOW TO MAKE A RETURN? (ITALY)
- Send an email to support@idealmoda.it
- Include the item code to be returned and an order reference
- Wait for a reply from customer support with return instructions
- Choose your preferred return method
- If you choose home collection by us at a cost of €10, you just need to put the return in its packaging and wait for the courier.
- If you choose to return via Poste Italiane drop-off point, we will send you a label via email to attach to the return package; the cost is €8.
- If you choose to ship independently, we will wait to receive the return before issuing a refund.
2.2) HOW TO MAKE A RETURN? (GERMANY, FRANCE)
- Send an email to support@idealmoda.it
- Include the item code to be returned and an order reference
- Wait for a reply from our customer service with return authorization
- We will confirm that the prepaid return label is already included in the package
- Place the product in its original packaging and attach the return label to the box
- Drop off the package at the FedEx point closest to your address
- The return cost is €9.90 and will be deducted from the refund amount
- After receiving and checking the product at our warehouse, we will proceed with the refund according to the established procedures

- Include the item code to be returned and an order reference
- Once you receive approval from customer support, you can ship the return
3.1) WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND? (ITALY)
- Once the return is received, we will check the contents and issue an immediate refund.
- The refund will be made to the payment method used at the time of the order.
- If you chose the return method via Poste Italiane drop-off point, €8 for the service will be deducted from the payment method.
- If you chose the home return method via our GLS service, €10 for the service will be deducted from the payment method (which should not be given to the courier).
