1.1) HOW TO GET THE INVOICE:

Do you need an invoice for the order you just placed but don't know how to proceed?

No problem! You can request it within 10 days of order confirmation,
 by sending an email to  support@idealmoda.it with your specific order reference and we will send you your invoice as soon as possible.

2.1) SHIPMENT MANAGEMENT:

Orders placed on Ideal Moda, regardless of the shipping service selected, can be delivered on the weekly days ranging from Monday to Friday: orders confirmed on the latter day, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the first available working day.

Shipping costs vary based on the service chosen from the two offered (GLS and DHL couriers),  on the shipping address and location. Ideal Moda uses exclusively the express service for all destinations, both for shipments to national and foreign soil. The options available for your order and destination will be visible during checkout.

Depending on the shipping address selected, a flat rate is available for orders above the specific thresholds:

The express shipping service is available in Italy within 1-4 working days from the actual confirmation of the order, except for the cases expressed in the "Shipping management" section.

In case of failure to fulfil the times listed, shipping costs will be refunded. Also Ideal Moda does not assume responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or failed payments, but undertakes to reduce them to a minimum.

Orders are always and unequivocally delivered by one of the couriers we use to manage shipments, namely GLS and DHL.

    3.1) TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES

    The total cost of the order is already inclusive of taxes and duties (VAT, etc.), so no further payments will be required upon delivery to the following locations:

    European Union (excluding Canary Islands), United Kingdom, USA, Canada, Mainland China, Australia, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, Singapore, Republic of Korea, Kuwait, Qatar, India, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Taiwan Region, Thailand, UAE, Japan, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Brazil, Hong Kong SAR, Egypt, Lebanon, Isle of Man and San Marino.

    In case of order placed in your customs region, import duties are not applicable. However, you may be required to pay VAT or local sales taxes. For the UK and US, these are included in the costs at checkout.

    If you select a DAP destination ("at an agreed upon location") not in the list of countries mentioned in the second paragraph of this section, the price to be paid to Ideal Moda will not take into account import duties or sales taxes. As the recipient of the order, you will be required to pay these taxes directly to our courier to release the order from customs. Since Ideal Moda cannot calculate the exact amount, for more information we recommend contacting your local customs office/corresponding tax authority before placing a DAP order.

    3.2) SHIPPING TO THE USA

    Taxes on items shipped to the USA will be added at the final stage of checkout. For international orders to the United States, US Customs may require IRS, EIN, or SSN numbers before approving delivery to the address specified during checkout. After one week, the time allowed to provide the necessary information, your order will be returned to Ideal Moda and you will receive a refund of your purchase.

    4.1) ORDER TRACKING

    You will receive an email when you place your order, containing all the details. Furthermore, if further information is needed to verify your payment, we will reserve the right to contact you. Once approved, the order will be sent between 24 and 48 hours, always on the days listed in section 2.1.

    In Italy, depending on the location, delivery can take from 1 to 4 working days (calculated from the time of sending).

    5.1) CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER

    Do you want to cancel the order before it is shipped? In some cases it is possible: it depends on the processing status of your purchase, whether the order has been processed or not.
