Shipping in Italy

All orders are shipped via express courier (GLS, DHL or equivalents) and include online tracking, fast delivery, and secure packaging.

Shipping costs:

From 50 € to 89.90 € 6,50 € 1–4 working days
From 90 € onwards Free 1–4 working days

Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking code to follow the status of the delivery in real time.

Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours. Delivery times start from the moment of shipment.

International shipments

We ship worldwide via international express courier (DHL or Fedex).
Costs and delivery times vary based on the destination country and are visible at checkout.

Customs information:
For orders outside the European Union, any customs duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Shipments are made in DAP (Delivery At Place) mode.

Billing

If you wish to receive the invoice, you can request it within 10 days from the date of purchase by writing to support@idealmoda.it, indicating the order number and billing information.

Additional notes

  • In case of delays due to external causes (bad weather, holidays, customs checks, etc.), delivery times may vary.

  • In case of failure to meet delivery times due to reasons attributable to Ideal Moda, we will refund the shipping cost.
