Sensi drainage System

The dominant feature of the sandals SENSI ® is the special PVC sole obtained from the mechanical coupling of a perforated insole to a sole with drainage channels.
The holes present on the insole communicating with the channels of the sole allow for water drainage, which is expelled outward through the openings along the perimeter of the sandal. Conversely, the pressure exerted with each step by the foot on the insole creates a sort of pumping of air from the outside towards the sole of the foot, creating ventilation that keeps it constantly dry.

BAREFOOT CONTOURED SYSTEM
The special Barefoot Contoured System ensures an extremely comfortable and posturally correct fit, thanks to the anatomical shape of the insole that highlights and stimulates every reflex zone of the sole of the foot. Tested for over 20 years even by athletes in post-competitive use.

Returns & Replacements

 

1.1) BEFORE REQUESTING THE RETURN:

With the aim of reducing our environmental impact, return instructions are digital and not paper.

To make the return (within 15 days of delivery), we recommend using theoriginal packaging in which your order arrived. If you cannot use the original packaging, please place the item inside its packaging and put everything inside another box, so as not to damage the original brand box. If we receive returns shipped only inside the brand's packaging, or returns in which the brand's packaging has not been adequately protected, we may not be able to issue a refund.

 

2.1) HOW TO MAKE A RETURN? (ITALY)

  1. Send an email to support@idealmoda.it
  2. Enter the code of the item to be returned and a reference to the order.
  3. Wait for a response from customer service with the return methods.
  4. Choose the return method you prefer.
  5. If you choose our home pickup service at a cost of €9, all you need to do is place the return in its packaging and wait for the courier.
  6. If you choose to ship independently, we will wait to receive the return to issue the refund.

 

2.2) HOW TO MAKE A RETURN? (REST OF THE WORLD)

  1. Send an email to support@idealmoda.it
  2. Enter the code of the item to be returned and a reference to the order.
  3. Once you receive the ok from customer service, you can ship the return.

3.1) WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND? (ITALY)

  1. Upon receiving the return, we will check the contents and issue an immediate refund.
  2. The refund will be made to the payment method used at the time of the order.
  3. If you made the payment by cash on delivery, we invite you to include an IBAN code with the account holder in the return request.
  4. In case you chose the home return option through our GLS service, €9 for the service will be deducted from the payment method (which should not be given to the courier).

 

3.2) WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND? (REST OF THE WORLD)

  1. As soon as we receive the return and check the contents, we will issue an immediate refund.
  2. The refund will be made to the payment method used at the time of the order.
