1.1) BEFORE REQUESTING THE RETURN:

With the aim of reducing our environmental impact, return instructions are digital and not paper.

To make the return (within 15 days of delivery), we recommend using theoriginal packaging in which your order arrived. If you cannot use the original packaging, please place the item inside its packaging and put everything inside another box, so as not to damage the original brand box. If we receive returns shipped only inside the brand's packaging, or returns in which the brand's packaging has not been adequately protected, we may not be able to issue a refund.

2.1) HOW TO MAKE A RETURN? (ITALY)

1. Send an email to support@idealmoda.it
2. Enter the code of the item to be returned and a reference to the order.
3. Wait for a response from customer service with the return methods.
4. Choose the return method you prefer.
5. If you choose our home pickup service at a cost of €9, all you need to do is place the return in its packaging and wait for the courier.
6. If you choose to ship independently, we will wait to receive the return to issue the refund.

2.2) HOW TO MAKE A RETURN? (REST OF THE WORLD)

1. Send an email to support@idealmoda.it
2. Enter the code of the item to be returned and a reference to the order.
3. Once you receive the ok from customer service, you can ship the return.

3.1) WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND? (ITALY)

1. Upon receiving the return, we will check the contents and issue an immediate refund.
2. The refund will be made to the payment method used at the time of the order.
3. If you made the payment by cash on delivery, we invite you to include an IBAN code with the account holder in the return request.
4. In case you chose the home return option through our GLS service, €9 for the service will be deducted from the payment method (which should not be given to the courier).

3.2) WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND? (REST OF THE WORLD)

1. As soon as we receive the return and check the contents, we will issue an immediate refund.
2. The refund will be made to the payment method used at the time of the order.
