Request a return through your order page within 15 days of delivery of the last item. For orders placed from Black Friday (27 November 2026) to 25 December 2026, you can request a return until 5 January 2027, or within 15 days of delivery if that deadline is later.
Return — Estados Unidos: 15 € per return, deducted from your refund. Request it through your order page; we will email the label and instructions.
