1.1) BEFORE REQUESTING THE RETURN:

With the aim of reducing our environmental impact, return instructions are digital and paperless.

To make the return (within 15 days of delivery), we recommend using theoriginal packaging with which your order arrived. If you cannot use the original packaging, please place the item inside its packaging and put everything inside another package, so as not to damage the original brand box. If we receive returns that are shipped only within the brand's packaging, or returns in which the brand's packaging has not been adequately protected, we may not be able to refund.

2.1) HOW TO MAKE A RETURN? (ITALY)

1. Send an email to support@idealmoda.it
2. Enter the code of the item to be returned and a reference to the order
3. Wait for the response from the customer service department with the return methods
4. Choose the return method you prefer
5. If you choose our home collection at a cost of € 9, all you have to do is insert the return in its packaging and wait for the courier.
6. If you choose to ship independently we will wait to receive the return to issue the refund

2.2) HOW TO MAKE A RETURN? (REST OF THE WORLD)

1. Send an email to support@idealmoda.it
2. Enter the code of the item to be returned and a reference to the order
3. Once you have received the OK from customer service, you can send the return

3.1) WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND? (ITALY)

1. Upon receipt of the return, we will check the contents and issue an immediate refund.
2. The refund will be made on the payment method used at the time of the order.
3. If you have made the cash on delivery payment, please enter an iban code with the account holder in the return request.
4. In the event that you have chosen the home return method through our GLS service, the 9 € of the service will be deducted from the payment method (which must not be given to the courier).

3.2) WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND? (REST OF THE WORLD)

1. As soon as we have received the return and checked the contents, we will issue an immediate refund
2. The refund will be made on the payment method used at the time of the order.
