Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from any order relating to Ideal Moda Products within 14 days, without giving any reasons and with any declaration, as long as explicit, summarized to Ideal Moda.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for the client to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

The return can be made independently, with a courier chosen by the customer.

Information regarding the right of withdrawal (pursuant to Article 49, paragraph 1, letter (h) of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 "Consumer Code")

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the customer, acquires physical possession of the last ordered good. In the case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered by the customer in a single order and delivered separately, the 14-day term starts from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier designated by the latter, acquires physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to inform Ideal Moda (APD Moda Srl, Via Nazionale 80, 80143 Napoli, fax: +39 081 260870 e-mail: support@idealmoda.com) of the decision to withdraw from this contract through any explicit declaration to this effect (for example, by a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).

 

Effects of withdrawal

Following the withdrawal from this contract, Ideal Moda will reimburse all payments made by the buyer, without withholding any delivery costs for shipment to Italy (with the exception of any additional costs deriving from the choice of a type of delivery other than the standard one offered by Ideal Moda in the national territory), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which Ideal Moda is informed by the customer of the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. For shipments made in international territory, the shipping costs will be reimbursed by the seller, similiar to the product/s cost. These refunds will be made using the same payment instrument used by the customer during the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. In any case, the customer will not have to incur any costs as a consequence of this reimbursement. The refund may be suspended until Ideal Moda receives the returned products or until the customer demonstrates that such goods have been shipped, if earlier.

The customer is required to return or deliver the products without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which he communicated his intention to withdraw from the sales contract.

Although the conditions explained below do not penalize the refund exercise, the products should be returned:


- properly packaged in their original packaging, not damaged, damaged or soiled and equipped
with any accessories, instructions for use and documentation;

- with the transport document (present in the original
packaging), in order to allow Ideal Moda to identify the
customer (order number, name, surname and address);

- without obvious signs of use, other than those compatible
with carrying out a normal test of the article (they should
not bear traces of prolonged use or in any case exceeding
the time necessary for a test and must not be in such a
state as not to allow resale).

If the returned product does not comply with the provisions
of the previous paragraph (i.e. the product is manipulated
over usual trial period and it bears traces of prolonged use),
the vendor will reserve the right to deduct an amount from
the refund, proportional to the product's decreased value.

The costs of returning the goods are borne by Ideal Moda
both for national (Italy) and for non-national shipmetns
as long as the customer sends the goods from the country in
which the delivery took place. Otherwise, the costs of the
return will be borne by the customer.
The customer is responsible for any decrease in the
value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods
other than that necessary to establish the nature,
characteristics and functioning of the products themselves.

 

Refunds


Refunds are credited directly to the account or payment instrument used at the time of purchase. For payments made by bank transfer, the refund will be made to the account used for the payment. For payments made via Paypal, Amazon Pay or credit card, the refund will be made to the Paypal account, Amazon Pay account or credit card. If a gift voucher was used for the order, Ideal Moda will re-credit the relative amount to the customer's account.
